Let’s take each one ...

Intellectual intimacy is the easiest but I agree that sapiosexuals can make it such that it’s the only intimacy worth having...just ending a relationship that felt like that. It was extremely good at first but as time wore on it started to become one dimensional...

Emotional intimacy - I am having a hard time grappling with this because perhaps I haven’t been in a relationship where I have felt listened to and the only relationships that come close to that are with men and it is a little unfulfilling because...my own view of emotional intimacy happens to coincide with yours but I feel it is the one that takes many many conversations to feel safe in and by that time the relationship is already over because who has the time these days no?

Physical intimacy - I am good with everything you have but it seems that discovering one’s bodies is the most vulnerable of all and so far - in all my encounters - that is the one that gets no love. Some women have claimed I am objectifying them, others that it is too taboo. For me myself ... yes I have body image shame issues and sometimes when my body I feel looks good I am ok with sharing it and other times no...

Also sexual intimacy is different for men...physical arousal can happen any time but true physical intimacy happens only when there is emotional intimacy...
