Most of the time, writing a newsletter feels like talking to a wall. I don’t really know who is actually reading these letters (technically, I can), or what’s going on in their heads. But you know, I’d love to be able to know. I want to take this opportunity to get to know you better, and understand how I can make these letters more meaningful.
